Established in April 2004, Guild Lawyers operates as a fully integrated legal practice across its offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle and Canberra.  Our structure ensures that we have the resources to assemble teams that combine the right specialist legal skills, industry experience and regional knowledge to suit our clients.

Structure & Management

Guild Lawyers is governed by a Board of Directors which is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the practice.  The Board is assisted by a leadership team, a consultative group comprising senior members of the practice.
