Guild Lawyers appointed in Equine Influenza AQIS Investigation

As a result of the equine influenza outbreak in New South Wales the Australian Quarantine Investigation Service is seeking to establish the cause of the outbreak and the involvement of any third parties.  Guild Lawyers has been appointed to represent a number of equine veterinarians in the investigation and will also hold a watching brief at the Commission of Inquiry to be conducted by the former High Court Judge, the Honourable Ian Callinan QC.
