Ben was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2001.
He has a broad range of experience having acted for defendants in professional indemnity, public liability and workers compensation proceedings.
In his time at Guild Lawyers, Ben has been involved in litigation against pharmacists, dental practitioners, chiropractors, osteopaths, veterinarians, beauticians, dental technicians, physiotherapists and childcare centre operators.
Ben’s litigation experience involved a period in the United Kingdom and an involvement in commercial litigation and environmental and town planning law matters.
