David Short David holds Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degrees and has extensive experience in advising and acting for insurers in indemnity determinations and disputes. He is also well versed in advising insurers on policy wording and drafting issues. His background experience extends to acting for health professionals, lawyers, accountants, investment advisers, insurance brokers, stockbrokers, engineers, property valuers, manufacturers, farmers and shopping centre owners in a wide variety of professional indemnity, general liability and commercial disputes. David has acted in matters in each State of Australia and has also advised clients in relation to overseas litigation. Prior to working at Guild Lawyers, David was an insurance law partner of Ebsworth & Ebsworth, Sydney and has also previously worked for an international insurer as a Senior Claims Specialist and General Counsel. |
