Elizabeth is a senior commercial lawyer with over 18 years in practice. With a strong background in all aspects of commercial law and property transactions, she has a particular expertise in commercial and property issues arising in relation to professional healthcare practices and her particular expertise is the area of pharmacy. Elizabeth was previously a partner of a CBD commercial firm.

Elizabeth has represented parties in proceedings in respect of approvals under the National Health Act (in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Federal Magistrates Court and Federal Court).

She is the author of a number of papers including presentations in respect of retail leases, New South Wales Pharmacy Practice Act, Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate planning.
