Evelyn Woo was admitted to practice in 1999 and prior to joining Guild Lawyers, worked as a solicitor within the Technology practice of a major law firm, as Corporate Counsel for the Diagnostic Services Division of the Mayne Group and as Legal Counsel for a Victorian telecommunications company.

Evelyn has provided commercial legal advice for a diverse range of public and private sector clients (including government departments and agencies, statutory authorities, educational institutions, hospitals, research organisations and technology and telecommunications companies). She has extensive experience in the health sector having advised on privacy issues, hospital service level agreements, medical purchaser provider agreements, reading agreements and supply agreements. She also has extensive experience in the technology sector having been seconded to two major government research organisations in order to provide advice on collaboration, licensing and commercialisation arrangements as well as general commercial legal issues.
