Lou has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer, especially as a banking and finance lawyer.  Lou has previously worked for Westpac Bank in head office retail and corporate divisions, Rabobank in head office, corporate, business banking and structured finance divisions and Allco Finance Group in the trust securitisation area.  Lou has also worked as a lawyer in general legal practice and a legal office in the Australian Army.  Lou has also been active in voluntary professional associations including Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (a past president of the NSW chapter).

Lou is admitted to practice in Victoria, New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
