Marianne was involved in the establishment of Guild Lawyers in April 2004 and is now a Solicitor Director of our practice. She holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees.

Marianne believes in the benefits of early resolution of complaints and often utilises alternate dispute resolution procedures in order to avoid costly litigation. In this regard Marianne regularly publishes articles and speaks about the importance of incident management.

Marianne has represented professionals involved in:

  • A complaint before a State or Federal Discrimination Tribunal

Prior to the establishment of Guild Lawyers in April 2004, Marianne was a Health and Insurance Law partner of Ebsworth & Ebsworth Sydney.
