Nevena Brown Nevena has conducted litigation in many jurisdictions including Supreme, District and Local courts, Courts of Appeal, the Coroner’s Court, Government Tribunals and Industry Boards and Commissions across Australia. Nevena has worked both as an in house head solicitor with a national insurance company and as a senior practitioner in middle sized insurance based law firms. Her vast experience, which includes commercial and general law, has honed Nevena’s legal skills so that she approaches all matters in a pragmatic, professional and efficient manner, sensitive to the particular needs of each client. Nevena has a keen interest and experience in risk management education for her clients, in particular health practitioners on a one to one basis and by way of presentations and articles. Nevena has been strategically involved in various major cases such as those involving the Kogarah Gas explosion, the Thredbo landslide and Chelmsford Hospital. |
