Paul is the Senior Solicitor Director of Guild Lawyers and was instrumental in the establishment of the practice in April 2004.

As Senior Solicitor Director, Paul heads the Guild Lawyers team and is widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading health lawyers having:

• Been involved in the defence of litigation against health professionals for over two decades;
• Sat on a number of government and industry taskforces relevant to health related issues including consumer medicines information and generic drugs;
• Acted in a number of leading Australian health law cases including the generic substitution case in the early 1990s;
• Acted in a number of leading coronial law cases; and
• Acted in a number of high profile and precedent setting disciplinary proceedings matters.
  

Paul’s background experience also extends to acting for a wide range of general insurers and Underwriters, both local and international and his experience extends to having acted in some of Australia’s leading general liability cases.

In light of Paul’s legal knowledge and involvement he has been a regular contributor to legal articles and the presenter at seminars for the past 20 years across all areas of his background and experience.
